Really happy with my experience with Shurgard Greenford. Everything has been nice, straightforward and simple from start to finish, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
A special mention to Mandy, who has been incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable throughout. She was always happy to answer any questions and made everything really easy to understand.
The facility is clean, secure and well organised, and the whole experience has been exactly what you’d want from a storage company. I’d definitely recommend Shurgard Greenford, and especially Mandy, to anyone looking for a simple and hassle-free storage solution

George and Mandy @ Northolt branch were very accommodating of our needs. We arrived a few minutes before their closing hours for a new enquiry and we are grateful that they were able to show us around, ascertain our requirements, explain the finer details of the contract and pricing. The pricing of the storage were also very competitive in comparison to our current storage space. The facilities also have a cooling system, which is of great value during the heatwave that we are currently experiencing. Thanks so much for your assistance.

AB and Arlind were able to offer me 50% more storage space for the same price I’ve been paying for my current space. Had to accept and got busy transferring my stuff. These guys are quick and efficient at what they do and waste no time. Paperwork was done swiftly and there was nothing else left for me to do apart from moving my stuff. What a grab!

I am not a customer, how ever i was helping my sister move stuff into her new storage locker today and the systems were down so we couldn't get in, how ever a lady called Mandy was there and helped us every time considering we dont 6-7 trips in and out of there, we had no fuss no moaning and always with a smile on her face... credit to the company.

Moving our belongings into the storage unit was made so easy because of Mandy and Ab. Mandy was super friendly from the moment we went into reception for help on what to do and without any issues updated our unit to a larger one as the one we had was too small. Its rare these days to receive such good customer service, nothing was an issue for Mandy and AB.

In this day and age where companies seem to have inexperienced staff to manage customer relations it was a joy to come into contact with 2 human beings yesterday who did nothing but their best to provide excellent customer service.
Yesterday we visited the store to discuss options available to us and the help and advice provided by Mandy and AB was outstanding. They were friendly and approachable, and their patience and attention to detail left us feeling that we had made a good choice in visiting the Greenford facility.
