Very easy to book storage and to use the app to open the gates via blutooth. I had to book storage at the last moment, booking on Saturday to move in on Sunday, so not all could be done online under such short notice. The customer service team helped me with the booking and with setting up the app. The storage unit was perfectly clean when I got to it. Overall, I had a great experience.

The staff are incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me all the way to my storage unit. No matter what questions I had, they were always happy to answer. We visited on 26/08/25 to enquire about renting a unit of storage and we had amazing customer service by Caroline. The whole process of hiring the unit was so easy and simple. When we moved into the unit, the woman at the desk was so informative and helpful, made sure we knew everything we needed to know. I have rented storage units in Greenwich before but Shurgard is for sure the best and the level of security is unmatched.

This is my first time using Shurgard and the customer service was great and the extremely polite.
I found it quite easy to get my stuff stored and leave. Also, having the app was very easy to use as well. The best part was them phoning me a day after my storage date to ask if it all went smoothly and extending their service in case I have anymore questions. Lastly, their suggestion on the size of unit I needed was spot on!

Good company to do business with, helpful and friendly staff, and they're refreshingly very straightforward on pricing and competitive in the area.
However, the Shurgard app needs significant improvement, as it regularly times out while you're inside the building (which has no phone signal) and then you're stuck unless you know your PIN as well. The lifts at this building are really slow too.

Very clean and well sized! definitely best price in the market; I am using a 65sqft unit. I found super easy to deal with the contract thing, and the info about it very honest.
