Shurgard Greenwich is my first experience ever renting a storage unit and I want to shout out Caroline in particular for being so helpful. No question was too silly, they were super helpful making sure I had everything I needed and were kind enough to explain the access instructions even after I forgot straight after being told.

I have used a few other storage companies nearby and quite a few around London in the 12 years since I moved here. Shurgard is my preferred one by quite some way. I like their custom locks better than using my own padlock, the sites are well-maintained and much cleaner in comparison to other storage places I have used. The app is very intuitive. In general I feel confident leaving my belongings with them.

I booked a unit online but had difficulty with the ID verification process. I was directed to the office at the Greenwich facility. Usman was very helpful in completing the verification and also showing me how the app worked. The facility is clean throughout.

Had a really helpful, supportive experience with Mathilda moving from Greenwich to Tottenham Shurguard! She kindly let me know about a discount I was offered which a previous, really unhelpful and sarcastic team member forgot about.. so was happy she was the one calling me back. No stress at all. I have just hired a unit here and everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly and professional. The process was easy and caroline went out of her way to help us select the right sized unit and show us the systems. Really impressed!

Had a unit here since July and Usman walked me through all of the different sizes/prices, whilst showing us around the complex. He was incredibly helpful and I really recommend renting here. Very secure and easy to access, with good parking options. Very happy with my experience here!

Shurgard Greenwich is a brilliant facility. The lovely lady at reception Caroline is very helpful and showed me the unit before I signed up and showed me how everything works. Moving in was really easy. There are plenty of trolleys to use and lots of parking spaces. The whole centre is very secure as the gates and lifts are unlocked via the app. The units are very well lit and very clean. I’d highly recommend this storage facility to others.

I was shown great patience as I became anxious when learning how to use the simple storage access app, and the team member who was dealing with me at the time went over it as many times as I felt I needed until I became comfortable with the technology.
Honestly, such a great bunch of people in every way and I can thoroughly recommend for both the service and facilities with so much gratitude to them all at an incredibly stressful time.
