Very easy to book storage and to use the app to open the gates via blutooth. I had to book storage at the last moment, booking on Saturday to move in on Sunday, so not all could be done online under such short notice. The customer service team helped me with the booking and with setting up the app. The storage unit was perfectly clean when I got to it. Overall, I had a great experience.

The whole process of hiring the unit was so easy and simple. When we moved into the unit, the woman at the desk was so informative and helpful, made sure we knew everything we needed to know.
