Wonderful experience at Shurgard Harrow. Staff member was very helpful showing around the site and ensuring everything works correctly, booking in was incredibly smooth and communication has been excellent, could not fault it one bit. Highly recommended!

Keri-Ann was very professional explaining all of my options which lead me to opening a storage account with the Harrow branch . The service provided was both friendly and exceptionally over and above. Would definitely recommend this branch . Please put a big tick in the box for Keri-Ann to be employee of the year .

We had some confusion about our reservation for which I thought it best to visit the branch. Abbas was the cust service on reception. He explained everything clearly and with patience and a smile. He was very reassuring and went, in my opinion, over and above, to allay our fear.
I hope Shurgard change their system (which generates a reservation cancellation email to the customer upon a contract being confirmed. That email should clarify that now that the contract is confirmed, reservation is cancelled.

Today, my uncle booked a unit, and when we tried to move in, the app wasn't working on his phone. Thankfully, Nadia stepped in to help us multiple times, going in and out. We were really impressed with her customer service. My uncle offered her £20, but she kindly refused, saying she was just doing her job. A huge thank you to that dedicated lady! Even though she was busy with other customers, she still took the time to assist us. She deserves more than five stars!!!!
