This was the 1st time I’ve had to hire a storage unit and I can highly recommend Shurgard in Hayes on Uxbridge Road. George at the front desk was really pleasant and informative. Just brilliant as I was nervous about what was right for me. If I could have given him more than 5* I would have.

I decided to move from Hayes to Shurgard Harrow due to the incredible assistance provided by Nadia. I arrived to see the size of the space available and she advised me of the monthly specials.
It was then I was sold on the move!
I had requested rates of larger units at Hayes and they gave me a rate over £200 excluding insurance.
At Harrow the 50 sqft unit was going to be CHEAPER by £50, and cheaper by £25, than the 10/15 sqft unit at Hayes. CRAZY!
Customer Service was incredible.
I very much appreciated that they were saving me from additional expenditure.
