Could not be happier with the service provided by Thaj here. I went in to see sizing and layout and Thaj was super helpful and walked me through everything. I signed right up with his help. The facilities are clean and well kept and the service is fantastic. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

Been less than a month and so far so good, no complaints, just don't expect staff readily available or if thete is one, they will be somewhere in the building. The front desk is always closed which was a major nuisance for me on day one BUT once you are in the system its smooth sailing. I like my unit.

Thaj has been a remarkable helpful young lad who has helped me throughout my move in progress, when I booked the first storage unfortunately it was too small but with the help of Thaj I was able to get a bigger unit for a convenient price, will recommend Shurgard to my friends going forward.

Today I visited Shurgard Self Storage in Herne hill and had a great experience. Keyla was very helpful, answered all my questions, and explained the unit sizes really clearly. I thought I needed a bigger unit, but she was upfront and recommended a smaller space that fits my needs and saves me money. The team was transparent and professional. Prices are competitive, and the place is very well organised. I also like that you can access your unit whenever you need using the app. Highly recommend.

We were welcomed by a lady named Catherine. She made something that is potentially complicated to be very easy. Our contract is done very quickly and all was explained succinctly. The area is very nice so we like to have visited this office. For a little while, the office temperature is very hot when we are doing paperwork. When we mention it, Catherine was able to contact someone quickly to put the air conditioning on. Much better now. Please keep the AC on in the office during the summer. It is away too hot for us. Thank you so much. Catherine was very efficient in helping us, and is also very hospitable to us throughout the time. She helps us to do our contract today. Very nice to meet her and be served by her. Thank you, Catherine 🌹🌹🌹

Store your things with these guys. Honestly, you can't find this level of customer service in many other places. Everyone you chat with is so kind, understanding, and they genuinely want to make sure you get the best set up. You manage the facilities with an app, with customer support always ready to help in case there's no one at the facility. The images on the website were also very helpful, because you get an idea of the space - it's pretty accurate.

Used Shurgard Self Storage Herne Hill for when I was inbetween flats and the service was unbelivably brilliant. Normally sotrage units are a bit soul sucking but the lady I had on front desk and the email customer care people have been an utter delight to deal with. Would 1000000% recommend.
