I called into the Herne Hill site a few days ago, then today to make a reservation for a storage unit. Semira and Catherine on each occasion, were amazing. They answered all my questions, and helped me get an idea of the unit sizes, so I would be best placed to make the right choice. Nothing was too much trouble.

This is how real customer service is achieved; with a genuine smile, an eagerness to help, writing up notes and printing my reservation today.

It was a joy to visit your site. More companies should be delivering true customer service, just as Semira and Catherine have done.
