I must say that Patrice was extremely helpful. However, access to the storage area was rather difficult. The van we hired could not pass and the storage unit was a long walk from the entrance.

I totally and completely recommend the service offered by this company. I walked through the door and someone immediately served me with total respect and kindness. After enquiring about the prices, he immediately offered to put the goods together for me, without me requesting the service. I was completely bowled over. The gentleman was extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the company and happily rate the service as 12 out of 10.

Incredible customer service from all the team at Kennington! From opening my unit, to giving the best price for my storage, to suggesting removal services around London .. the list goes on!
Kennington Shurgard was my first storage unit and everyone there was superb. Especially when downloading my app for access on my phone.
I couldn’t thank Patrice enough for going above and beyond, moving house is so stressful and she was so professional, calm and reassuring.
