Can’t speak to the facilities per se but can speak to the customer service I received from Ray. Took his time to understand the technical issue I was having with the ID verification and then when it still wasn’t working, he went to speak to someone to try get some more support. We got cut off and this guy even calls me back to rectify the issue. Top guy. Thanks Ray.

Very convenient storage facility in West London. Lots of parking available and easy access to the units. Plus a very fair price for the location. Ryan and Rohan, the staff members were very helpful last time I visited. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for storage in the area

The Shurgard team at Kensington Ray and Rohan are extremely helpful. They sorted the paperwork so quickly and smoothly for me to settles in. The storage is very clean and kept in a decent condition with free access to the trolleys. Highly recommended for rent a space here.
