Ray and Ryan, were in on Saturday and helped us when we had lost track of our access code. We set up the app together and all was good. They are friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty.

Rohan and Daniela were amazing!!!! Rohan from the Kensington branch was the kindest and most patient - he made sure all was sorted super easily and quickly - promote him asap !!!!!

Daniela from Kentish Town branch was also super lovely on the phone and helped me loads!!

I had a great experience with Shurgard Kensington, particularly with Ray.

I had a situation where I needed a short extension to my storage rental while I was abroad, and Ray took the time to call me personally, explain everything clearly, and understand my circumstances. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely went out of his way to find a solution for me.

Customer service like this is rare and very much appreciated.

I would highly recommend Shurgard Kensington to anyone looking for storage in London.
