I had an excellent experience with Shurgard Kensington. The facility is clean, secure and very well maintained, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service.

I found myself in a very difficult personal situation and, after explaining what had happened, Ray went above and beyond to help me. His understanding, kindness and professionalism made a huge difference during a very stressful time. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and is willing to make an exception to help a customer.

Thank you, Ray, and the entire Shurgard Kensington team, for your compassion and exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage in London.

Super helpful customet service. I initially nookeg a storage and Raye called me to let me know the storage I had booked didn’t have lift access and then looked into and reserved a suitable storage. Each time I’ve accessed the storage Raye and Rohan have been so helpful. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
