The customer service at Shurgard Kensington, from Rae, who truly went above and beyond.
Rae provided helpful advice on packing & storing our belongings & even offered some great tips on how to make most of our storage unit. We are so impressed with his service. He was the main reason we looked no further and chose Shurgard. He definitely is a credit to the company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service the best I’ve had in years and I’ve maintained a unit here since 2019. Ray was quite helpful in helping me understand the new app and way to access my unit. The other young lady at the desk was polite and lovely as well. Great job!!!

Great customer service from Ray today. I needed a unit at short notice. Ray showed me the sizes of available units and I got it booked, easy process (I came prepared with my ID). I've used other storage providers before, Shurgard so far have exceeded expectations.

Fantastic service - goes above and beyond expectations. Both during move in and check out, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me. Would love to give a special shout-out to Reon, who really helped and was fantastic - he made everything easy and was spectacular in the way he went out of his way to assist me. That being said, all staff encountered (Crystal, Zayd) were also amazing. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.
