Shurgard Chalk Farm was fully self-service with no staff available on site, which made the situation frustrating when I couldn’t find anyone to help. Fortunately, because it was managed under Kentish Town, I was able to reach Darren and Annette there. They completely turned the experience around. Both were exceptionally professional, calm, and incredibly supportive. They responded with patience, kindness, and genuine care, quickly helping me solve the problem. Their clear communication, efficiency, and friendly attitude made me feel reassured immediately. Darren and Annette truly went above and beyond, and their outstanding service transformed a difficult day into a positive experience.

I had a good experience with storing my items at Shurgard at Kentish town. Always friendly and helpful staff and really good price deals. I only had to move out due to moving too far away from this storage facility. Thanks to Darren for helping with a smooth exit. I would recommend this place to others.
