Polite member of staff helped me whilst I was there. I remember her by the colour of your company logo. She had red hair. She was very helpful. Lost the details to my account and she was very helpful and helped me to find my details and log in safely. Overall pleased with the service.

Great storage for a reasonable price. Amazing service from Alex who came down to the King’s Cross storage from the Camden office and showed me around. Told me about all the details and helped me finished the contract straight away in the office. Would certainly come back again for storing items.

I had a lil bit of issue with my unit, and Boris from Shugard Camden came down to Kingscross storage and helped me change to different one. Everything was perfectly& quickly sorted out, and he was super friendly and helpful. Great experience! Storage itself was easily accessible, there were trolleys which were really helpful, I’d recommend
