Great experience with Shurgard. Daniela was especially helpful — I had quite a few questions before moving in, and she responded very promptly every time. Her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The move-in was very convenient as well — everything could be done on the phone without needing to visit the office, which saved a lot of time.

I wanted to say this company is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is excellent, never ever I received such good service, friendly professional staff and, every single time I call or visit the storage they are helpful, all of them are stars. Place is clean and well organised, good price and locations. Thank you to Claire this morning for helping me confirm my changes and move to a different bigger unit. Thank you, all of you, I wish all services worked as well as yours ❤️

Customer service has been very good. Darren Dixon and Dean both incredibly helpful. Location is central. Make sure you download the app before arriving to location as entrance is controlled via app.

I had a great experience at Shurgard. Annette and Daron were both friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process easy and clear, helping me find the right unit quickly. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organised, and their customer service really stood out.

Even when I needed a different unit size on the move-in day, the process was smooth and absolutely 5/5. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness from both of them.
