Had an issue with pricing (promised a lower price but overtime was charged more than the agreement) and was regularly promised a callback to resolve after they had consulted with management. PLS NOTE: This was through the Edgware Branch. This went on for about 2 months without any response from them. It overtime accrued charges and interest. They wrote to terminate my account without resolving the core issue.I spoke to Justina who is the manager from the Neasen branch who assured me to leave this with her. She owned it through and through and all charges were dropped, price point and account restored within a few days. Her efforts restored my confidence to continue with Shurgard. She is a great asset to Shurgard for customer retention and satisfaction. Thank you Justina

I have rented Shurgard before but never received such a good service like the one in Neasden. Nadia was very helpful. She made my experience quick and efficient.

I went to enquire about storage as I was moving properties and upon arriving I was greeted by both Justina and Nikil.
The service I received was one of the best acts of customer service I had ever received.
The both of them were very attentive and understood what I was looking, for the best value for money.
I couldn’t recommend a better company to take storage from just from the customer service I received from the both of them.
Would highly recommend to anyone to rent with Shurgard Neasden.
