I had the pleasure of dealing with Shona. I don’t use storage units often however She was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions in detail, which made me feel at ease. The facilities were clean and as advertised, if not even better.

I needed to upsize, as my unit was full, so I went into the office for the first time since I started renting a space here.
I was warmly greeted by Shona, who checked the current special offers and found me a bigger unit at a great price.
All the paperwork, account updates, access app changes etc were handled quickly and efficiently without any faff.
More generally, I have always found this storage location to be clean, tidy and in good repair. I’ve never had any issues here and the staff, just like Shona yesterday, have always been friendly and helpful.

We have just moved units in Romford Shurgard both members of staff.Shona and Jack where extremely helpful going out of their way to help with paperwork and making the move hassle free. Great, in this busy world that customer service is sometimes lacking . Not so at Shurgard Romford. Great staff members and a credit to Shurgard.a big thumbs up 👍
