We have just moved units in Romford Shurgard both members of staff.Shona and Jack where extremely helpful going out of their way to help with paperwork and making the move hassle free. Great, in this busy world that customer service is sometimes lacking . Not so at Shurgard Romford. Great staff members and a credit to Shurgard.a big thumbs up 👍

I very recently visited this store to find out pricing and how it all works, Shona who I spoke to was really friendly, helpful and informative about the process and its made it a lot easier and a lot clearer for me, so it'd helped me make up my mind!

Shurgard always the best place for my business, my only complaint is they should receive items behalf of their clients from DHL/UPS, I am wasting all my afternoon for waiting them at the warehouse without doing anything useful…

Great service my first time renting a unit and I was incredibly well informed and so comfortable talking to the staff and was given a show of where my unit was and how to access the building properly I was extremely grateful for how nice the staff the helped me was her name was Shona she was absolutely lovely and really helpful
