George and AB were very very helpful.

I have had a very good experience from the staff at Shurgard South Ruislip for a number of years. The staff are always polite and willing to assist whenever I needed assistance. I would recommend them to anyone requiring storage and I look forward to returning when my next project starts.

Thanks again for an excellent customer service at Shurgard Ruislip Mr AB. I have been at the storage for more than one and half years even though there have been a couple rises in rent, if it weren't for the friendly and ease of access to help from the customer service team.

Was at the store recently just minutes before closing to pay my invoice and a man walks into the office and asks about storage. He sounded desperate and told the manager that he needed storage. The manager told him that it’s 6pm now and he will have to come in tomorrow morning. That fella started crying and said that he was being evicted and needed storage space. The manager asked me to leave as he had to lock the office and took the man to show him the storage. I left the store around 6:25 and saw that the manager was still dealing with the man inside the office..I had to write this so that everyone should know that this is being human and we need more people like him. Don’t know the name but he is the asian guy with a beard. Respect👍👍👍

Looked at different sites in the area. This facility not only has the best layout but also staff. AB is always there to help when needed and does his best to meets the needs of the customer. Which is helpful when you have a small business. Good location too in terms of accessibility.

The friendly staff at reception explained easily the process of booking a unit and I was happy with the £1 plus insurance for first month. They showed me the units for me to get idea and gave options. The customer service was next level as I had made a mistake with the unit I booked and they helped me sort it out. Very kind of them. The storage units are large, clean and spacious with lift access! Easy to set up in person as the app is a bit temperamenta. Regardless, staff are friendly, informative and accommodating. Much better than the southwark one...
