Last month went to Greenford and was not happy with the customer service by the woman at the reception.It felt as if I was being interrogated & she did not want to deal with me.Went to the Ruislip store and I was so happy to have not taken a box at Greenford.Ruislip store manager and the team have been extremely helpful and polite.

AB is the best store manager, made my first experience renting a unit very easy and simplistic. I highly recommend using this company, we got offered a very good deal and AB is extremely pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t choose any other company.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Shurgard Ruislip Branch.
George and AB were very very helpful.
George in particular was very efficient, prompt and accomodative.
He found us a unit immediately and called us too.
He also checked upon us after the 1st day of our move in.

Was at the store recently just minutes before closing to pay my invoice and a man walks into the office and asks about storage. He sounded desperate and told the manager that he needed storage. The manager told him that it’s 6pm now and he will have to come in tomorrow morning. That fella started crying and said that he was being evicted and needed storage space. The manager asked me to leave as he had to lock the office and took the man to show him the storage. I left the store around 6:25 and saw that the manager was still dealing with the man inside the office..I had to write this so that everyone should know that this is being human and we need more people like him. Don’t know the name but he is the asian guy with a beard. Respect👍
