Damon was very helpful. Unfortunately a 10 sq foot locker I wanted had been booked 10 minutes before I arrived, and a lady who was set to move hers out hadn't. The 15sq foot space is double the price for some reason (£91pm), but the same as the 20sq ft. If 10 sq ft becomes available or the 15sq ft drops in price I'll be back.

Very smooth process to book and vacate the storage unit at Shurgard. Many thanks Farid for all your help - you did an excellent job in explaining the process and getting the booking finalised as well as making the exit process as swift and easy as possible!

Very friendly and efficient service from Farid, and reasonable prices compared to other storage facilities. They have had a couple of issues with the after-hours gate and a power outage recently, so if you are planning to visit during unmanned hours, maybe call ahead to check whether you can access the facility, especially if you need something in there to meet a deadline like I did

Shurgard is close to my house and property is safe. However, I had some issues confirming my identity online but Farid was very helpful and kind, he sorted it out for me.

Ashley gave me incredible service at Shurguard. Hewas very clear and helpful, so I would highly recommend him from a customer service perspective. I am also impressed with the facility—they have convenient hours for when you can bring items into your storage unit (6am-11pm!) and I have found the phone app which unlocks all the doors to be seamless.
