I’ve been using Shurgard for a while now and recently needed to move into a larger unit. Kaz was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, the transfer was quick and completely hassle-free, and I was offered a really good price on the new unit.
The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and the customer service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend this Shurgard location to anyone looking for storage.

Had a great experience with Kaz at the Staines storage facility. Very helpful and informative, with no unnecessary pressure. Kaz was helpful in letting us see the different sized units and was helpful in sharing information on what would be useful for us. We felt very welcomed and were overall pleased with the service provided to us. Would definitely recommend others to speak directly with Kaz and use the Staines storage facility.

I was looking for storage for my Bouncy castles went into Shurgard Staines and was shown several different size units by Val he was clear ar explaining and very welcoming I walked in and within 20 minutes unit secured.

5 stars for the team at Shurgard Staines – Val and his colleague were really helpful when I needed to move units. They took the time to walk me through options that made the move easier and saved me some money, which I really appreciated.
Only minor downside is the app’s Bluetooth unlock can be a bit unreliable – sometimes it takes a few minutes to get access – but that seems like a wider system issue rather than anything the local team controls. Overall, great service on-site.

He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed at all. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
