We moved here this morning with my belongings. Manager and staff are very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Great people. Competitive rates compare to other storage facilities. Nice and clean units. We used RIGHT SHIPPING LTD for our removal. Very professional packers, movers and affordable prices. Highly recommend them.

5 stars for the team at Shurgard Staines – Val and his colleague were really helpful when I needed to move units. They took the time to walk me through options that made the move easier and saved me some money, which I really appreciated.
Only minor downside is the app’s Bluetooth unlock can be a bit unreliable – sometimes it takes a few minutes to get access – but that seems like a wider system issue rather than anything the local team controls. Overall, great service on-site.

I happened to pop into Shurguard in Staines while passing by to make a few enquiries, and ended up speaking with the store manager; Chris.
He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed at all. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service.

We used Shurgard for the past 4 months as we moved house and needed a place to store some of our extra boxes.
Everything about the booking process was extremely quick and straightforward. On the day of moving our boxes in we were able to speak to the front of house staff, who very kindly guided us through the process. The storage unit was very clean and there were plenty of trolleys to take our items up via the lift.
To close our contract we just had to email them and everything was processed very quickly.
If I need storage units in the future I will be sure to use Shurgard. It was very convenient, easy to use, the building felt safe, the prices were reasonable and the staff were wonderful.

Highly recommend! First time storage user and the experience was easy and straightforward. We were met by John front of house who was friendly and showed us round giving us exactly the information we needed. The App makes access easy. Trolleys available for moving your stuff to your unit.
