Excellent service from Kaz at Shurgard Staines. I contacted the branch about my storage arrangement and he listened, understood what I needed, and sorted it out quickly and without fuss. Clear, helpful and genuinely interested in keeping me as a customer. The site is clean and easy to access, but it is Kaz who made the difference. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Kaz at the Staines storage facility. Very helpful and informative, with no unnecessary pressure.
