I recently moved my belongings into storage at Shurgard Tottenham, and the service I received was truly exceptional. Mena went above and beyond to guide me through the process, clearly explaining how to use the facilities and making everything simple and stress-free. She also took the time to help me choose the ideal unit size for my 3-bedroom home, which gave me complete confidence that all my items would fit comfortably. Her professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service stood out throughout. I’ve already recommended Shurgard Tottenham to friends and family who may need storage in the future, and I always suggest they ask for Mena—or any of the other friendly, helpful staff at the store.

Really happy with the size of the unit - the process was seamless. Lifts were in working order, plenty of trolleys available, and the app made it convenient to access the unit/lifts. Great customer service as well!
