This is one of the most decent self storage facilities. It offers very well designed storages at very reasonable prices. The place has a security gate that is accessible after hours via a code. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

This 5 star is only for the Asian guy who was always helpful and friendly when he used to be in reception when they had reception and office .

Amazing facilities, access hours early to very very late midnight or so. Secured place. Great customer support and advise by Sam the staff i met on site. Easy to get to from M1. Thank you, will be back again when needed inshAllah.

My Mum has had a unit here for such a long time (since it was A&A) and since she moved into a care home I've always dealt with Samuel. He is the most helpful, friendly, chilled out person I've ever dealt with. I don't go in often but he always remembers me and he always goes above and beyond to try and fix whatever problem I have (such as Mum losing her keys due to dementia and the locks needing to be drilled off!). Highly recommended!

My wife and I returned to Watford Shurgard after having used it some years ago when it was run by a previous company. The facility was still good value and easy to navigate, but the icing on the cake this time round was Sam, the customer service person who was absolutely brilliant. Sam was polite, friendly, efficient and gave us huge confidence that storing our goods would be the easy, convenient and secure choice. An absolute credit to the company.
