A bit of a confused start to the rental as we wanted a different unit from the one allocated, broke off partway through registration and was unsure of the opening times as various people I spoke to prior said different times.

One call and Bret sorted it all out quickly.

Mark from plumstead branch was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease.

My partner has autism, and Mark was especially understanding, kind, and respectful, which made a huge difference to our experience. Nothing felt rushed, and he was happy to answer all of our questions.

I've been using Shurgard Woolwich for two years and found the staff there very helpful. Mark, Brett and Fred were amazing! My payment went missing and they pulled out the stops to find it eventually, successfully. Shurgard the company, we're unhelpful, and if not for the Woolwich team, the payment would probably not have been found. Thank you all so much!
