I can’t recommend Bret highly enough - there was a bit of a false start with Shugard head office where they cancelled my contract wrongly, resulting in a much higher rate. However, Bret reassured me that everything would be in order, spoke with his DM and all was resolved. Bret is highly professional, personable and brought a smile to my face when I came in. Thanks again for all your hardwork and time Bret!

I used the storage here for about half a year. The staff are very friendly and professional. The entrance gate has very good security with the app to access, and the whole facility was nice clean and tidy.

I came in to check in on my storage on 21/6/25 after having spent 18 months in Australia and having unfortunately lost my keys. I met Bret at the reception who was absolutely fantastic and not only did he help me get access to the storage facility but also provided me with a new lock and key. And all this was done within 10 minutes. However, he did verify all my details including checking my passport before allowing me access to the storage which was commendable. He was working alone on a hot summer day and still had a pleasant and cheerful demeanour. I was really nervous as I had lost the keys but thanks to Bret, my visit to the storage facility was seamless and super easy.
