I recently contacted the offices in Bromborough regarding a billing query. It was dealt with by Gary. Within hours the matter was resolved, and an explanation given. We have visited the site on a number of occasions. Always met with a welcoming hello on signing in, and goodbyes when we left. Although I name only Gary the staff themselves are heads above any other storage facilities I have used before. Re ommendation brought me to you and, I will most certainly recommend you to others.

Popped in today just to make an enquiry about size and pricing. I ended up renting a unit right then and there! Served by a gentleman named Gary, an absolute legend of a man, and very informative! I went in there expecting the salesman spiel, but he gave me all the information I needed, and was nice enough to show me a few of the units they had available. I genuinely couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, and the signup process was a breeze. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Very polite, professional and friendly.
No question is too small for the staff here to answer.
Chris was excellent on the initial tour when I moved in, and his enthusiasm and custom service is echoed by both Matt and Cerri.

The only downside at the moment is that we do not have extended access but this is not the fault of the staff here, so it is not fair to knock any score off in my mind.

Really good team at Bromborough, very friendly and helpful. I have to make a special mention to Gary who helped me find my mobile phone in the storage unit. I’d been scrambling around in the unit looking for something and realised I’d lost my phone amongst all the boxes 😩 Not what you need when you’re moving house but Gary spotted it. I would happily recommend Bromborough Shurgard!
