Absolutely awesome staff at Kettering Shurguard. Rachel has been fabulous sorting out an upgrade to a bigger lock up. Nothing is ever too much for them. Clean and plenty of room available!

Brilliant! Sam, Rachel and Wendy are lovely and always ready to help. Building is clean, plenty of parking and trollies to use. Real pleasure to visit Shurgard, highly recommend.

After booking a unit had a follow-up call from a fella called Sam. He explained the whole process to me and was really helpful with question I had. Ill be seeking him out when I arrive on site for sure

Recently rented a unit online, a few days before the rental was due to start, I called in and Sam welcomed me and talked me through what to do once the rental date starts and what to look out for in regards to emails and downloading the app. A Great first impression. Come moving day the unit was very easy to access, the different equipment they have on site to help move your stuff are excellent and make life a lot easier. All the staff I’ve spoken to have been friendly and helpful so would recommend.

Very please with the experience I had setting up and acquiring my first storage unit. Wendy was extremely helpful and informative. Giving me a full breakdown of the terms and condition, helping set up the required app and giving me a full tour of the building and where my unit was.
