We were looked after very well by Rachel today when we visited the Kettering branch to view and rent a small unit. The process and costs of doing so were explained clearly to us and the use of the Unit going forwards appears very straightforward

The facility is great, very clean and accessible but what really makes this a great place are Rachel and Wendy. They are so kind and helpful. My family and I have just shipped our belongings from the US and they have made the process very smooth for us. We are very grateful.

Fantastic and friendly service from the lady in reception who showed me to the unit and explained how everything works. Very easy access to the storage unit and trolleys provided with plenty of parking outside too.
