Good service overall, the staff were very helpful and presented our options to us. After our first visit we received a courtesy call to check if everything is okay. We've made half a dozen trips at the time of writing and had a warm welcome each time. The rooms are secure and dry. Would definitely recommend.

I moved from the Wellingborough branch to the Kettering branch for convenience. The process of registering was good. The building is clean, and the trolleys are a good size, and easy to manoeuvre. I’m glad I made the move.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff on hand. I stress the friendly part- which is lovely to see and experience. I left there with a smile on my face and a recommendation for a lovely restaurant which I will try out tomorrow. Thanks again.

We called into the Kettering branch and could not have asked for a friendlier, helpful and personable experience from Wendy who was on duty. Customer service that was rooted in humanity and an understanding that the times when you need need to be shifting things, storing things, on-the-move etc can be a stressful time in life where kindness and understanding are paramount. So pleased that you have someone like her working with you - and that there is a strong belief in the personal touch.
