Very please with the experience I had setting up and acquiring my first storage unit. Wendy was extremely helpful and informative. Giving me a full breakdown of the terms and condition, helping set up the required app and giving me a full tour of the building and where my unit was.
Highly recommend if you need somewhere to store your stuff.

Streamlined service, rented a unit online and next day had access using the app! No issues at all.

Unit is spot one, clean, lit up and equipment in very good working order.

Brilliant efficient and super friendly service at the Kettering Shurguard storage. The place is spotless, onsite help until 6pm every day. Code entrance with an App. Even got a follow up call to check all is well from Wendy. I got a 75sqft unit and it is spacious with excellent height clearance for stacking. I was advised changing size of unit up or down in size doesn't incure any fees, so its perfect for long term storage for a business with changing needs.

I have two units at Shurgard in Kettering,and I'm very happy with the service they offer.
The whole building is clean and bright,the lighting is very good,so no matter what time of day you go,you can see what you're doing.
It also inspires confidence safety wise,as you have to have a code to gain entry to the building,and then you only have the code for the floor/floors where your units are,so anyone else who's there will be either a fellow customer,or a member of staff.
However,just as important,is the customer service-the people who work there are amazing,they're friendly,professional and knowledgeable,and nothing is too much trouble,even when I lost my keys to one unit and the Manager had to then remove it,which took quite some time(those padlocks are good!)
So overall I'm really happy with Shurgard Kettering and would thoroughly recommend them.Thank you!

Great service by Rachel. Great place, warm and cosy for your items, it’s not a cold unit at all. Clear and tidy. Cheap £1 for your first month… can’t go wrong. Proper secured and all phone app controlled so no random can access the location without the phone. Great price on boxes and accessories for packing
