I used this storage facility last month while shifting houses and had a great experience. I booked a 20 sq ft storage space for £33.90 after the first-month offer, and the price even included the lock.

When I first arrived, the gate didn’t open with the code I had, but customer service quickly helped me out by generating a new one, and everything worked perfectly after that. The place has CCTV cameras for security, which gave me peace of mind.

The lock was provided inside the unit as agreed. There are pallets available to move things easily, and a lift for the upper floors.

Cancelling the contract was super simple too — just needed to send an email.

Overall, I found the facility very convenient, clean, and secure, with great customer service. Definitely recommend it!

Just moved my stuff into Shurgard Self Storage Northampton and I'm already impressed! Lesley and Cam were super helpful in getting me set up with the perfect unit. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process a breeze. The facility is convenient and I feel really good about the security. They both helped me find my unit and gave me some great tips for organizing my stuff. So far, so good – definitely recommend checking them out if you need storage
