I have decided to downgrade my storage unit and Rachel has been very helpful with this. She has clearly explained to me what the new contract will entail and the prices of the locker and insurance of the new storage unit. It was a nice and quick process and easy to do. Very good customer service from Rachel :))

Moving in was great. I’ve used them before and it was just as easy now as it was the last time. I also received a follow up call from Rachel to check in on how it went for me which was really nice. She was lovely and gave me some more information that I needed which was really helpful.
