Went and spoke to Emma on the front desk to due thinking about changing sizes in units, due to recent price change we was told that we could upgrade to a bigger for under half the price. Thankyou so much Emma absolute brilliant service. Would recommend if any one needs information 🤙👍

Excellent storing units. Very easy to set up and convenient. The best part was the customer service.What can I say about Ravi, he was so friendly and explained everything to us very clearly. He went out of his way to help us. We arrived late and he stayed after the closing time to make sure we could set everything straight away.

I visited Shurgard to provide my ID and confirm my booking, and Emma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, welcoming and explained everything clearly, making the whole process quick and stress-free.
