I arrived with 5 minutes to spare before the store closed. Cameron was in the office and listened to the my situation. Cameron was great, he gave me the different options and stayed later then he should have to sort out what I needed. Cameron was polite and professional. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to get a unit here because of Cameron

The centre is very clean and well laid out, Cameron helped me find the perfect size unit and helped with the app

Lauren and Cameron were both excellent in helping me find a storage big enough for my needs. They worked tirelessly to get through a small computer problem that was stopping me initially. However, they understood my time was precious and worked in the background to resolve this and ultimately, get it all sorted.

I had a very positive experience. Lauren provided an excellent and informative tour, demonstrating professionalism and a friendly demeanor. On move-in day, Cam assisted me, even going as far as to locate a screwdriver to ensure my lock was fully functional. This exceptional customer service warrants my highest recommendation.

We had three storage units at Shurgard Storage Wellingborough after moving to the area, and the whole experience was excellent. It was very easy to book everything online, and the storage units were always clean, secure, and professionally managed.
The lady working there is extremely friendly, polite, and always happy to help, and the boys in the office are also very helpful and welcoming. The facilities are great too — even the toilet is always clean, smells nice, and they keep it fresh with air freshener sticks and spray.
I used one of the units for my business, and having access from 7 am to 9 pm, including Sundays, made things very convenient. Ending the contract was also simple — I just went to the office, and the cancellation was done quickly and without any hassle.
Compare to london prices , here is very cheap to rent a storage.
