Have had a really positive experience with Shurguard Wellingborough. It has been a seamless process setting up the unit and closing it when no longer needed. Building extremely clean and with a really good door pass system making it very easy to access my unit. Rachel was especially helpful when it came to closing the unit and I am very happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

A really great experience with Shurgard, especially thanks to Hayden. He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming and made the whole process really straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to explain everything properly. Fantastic customer service and a real credit to Shurgard! Would definitely recommend 😃

Turned up to my unit today and Cameron could not have been anymore helpful, he showed me exactly what to do and helped with any questions I had, thank you Cameron you made my first experience at Shurgard so easy. Lauren was also very helpful as when I first took out my storage unit I had not used it for the first couple of days due to a car problem but she called me to ask if everything was ok which was lovely, thank you both

Initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently. Facility was spotlessly clean. Contract was easy to set-up and Cameron answered all my questions making me feel at ease with storing my goods at the facility.

Initially when i entered the buillding Cameron was busy with another customer and therefore had to wait and then decided to go shopping. Once back he was free and show me adequate sizes of space. He explained all i needed to know and more. Only downsize had a cough and wished they had offered me water 🤭

I arrived with 5 minutes to spare before the store closed. Cameron was in the office and listened to the my situation. Cameron was great, he gave me the different options and stayed later then he should have to sort out what I needed. Cameron was polite and professional. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to get a unit here because of Cameron
