This is the first time that we used any kind of storage so to work out how to place a house in a storage is not an easy task. Lauren was great help kind, calm and professional. Once we started moving very quickly it became clear to us that we needed a bigger unit. As this was during the weekend we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to change the unit as we have booked travel on Monday. To our relief we managed to get hold of a nice kind man who did all for us and within 15 min our issue was resolved. We also had an out of office call from Aleksia. We spoke with three people and all were really professional.
Facility and cleanness, space, access everything is just perfect. Highly recommend this place.

The people working here, are genuinely friendly and very helpful.
I recently had to downsize the unit, and it was all sorted in no time. Help and suggestions were made based on our needs, both practically and financially.
Cameron managed to get a unit on the same floor which was super helpful, and he even offered help with moving some boxes. Help wasn't needed, but his offer was really professional of him, and much appreciated.

My first time going in after Shurgard has taken over.
I went in to reception and met Jordan, who not only looked the new room number etc up for us, sent a link for the app for access and then loaded a trolley and came up to the lockup with it.

Came in today to enquire about storage and the team were really helpful and accomodating to my needs. All three members of staff (Lauren, Cam and Jordan) were able to assist me with any questions I had, showed me the unit and had given me a tour of the building. Didn't make me feel like a number, but more part of an extended family. The storage facility is clean, tidy and close to Tesco as well as other shops. Would happily recommend to anyone who needs storage.

A wonderful service - today and always! I have had a unit for almost two years and have always received excellent service.
