Cole was very helpful on providing information on the different size ranges units, showing us around so we could make the right choice. I had difficulty with the app but he sorted that and showed us how to gain access. Unit was clean and stayed a decent temperature even though it was on the top floor and the weather was extremely hot. Using the lift was easy and I got a great deal just needing short term storage . Highly recommend Shurgard at Chichester.

Great facility and friendly staff. Central office staff also very helpful. Everything revolves around the app. I like that it gives detail on my access times and account. Access using the "open door" facility on the app works easily and reliably for out of hours access.

Took out a rental on a 35sq/mtr unit. The guys at the Chichester storage office were very helpful in explaining the rental agreement. I was shown the various unit sizes prior to agreeing on the size required. The app on my phone gives me access to the facility. I can drive to the second level to offload my gear for storage. A lift is also available with plenty of industrial grade trolleys. Unit was clean. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Called Cameron at Chichester at 18:00 hours for an emergency locker and he just ensured he accommodated me close to closure time. I’m sure every other storage provider provides a similar service, operation wise, but the staff here take customer service to a completely different level. Keep up the good work!
