I used Shurgard Self Storage for the first time ca 6 months ago and was immediately impressed how helpful Jenna and Daniel were in ensuring that i had the correct unit size and length of contract for my specific needs. Always available for any queries i had over such things as the invoicing cycle and levels of insurance required for my specific stored items they are a credit to Shurgard. I will certainly be using Shurgard again!

Never had Storage before, Jenna and the team made it all so easy to understand and the help and advice given was excellent, having down sized home, had a lot that needed to go somewhere, as cleared, less room needed so now gone from large unit to smaller one and again Jenna and team fully supportive in getting the right size at best price... Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone that needs this service at Crawley. I will be done by November 2026, but know where to go should I need Storage in the future.

I’m very happy with my experience at Shugard Storage. I really appreciate how organized, professional, and clean the facility always is. Everything is well maintained, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my belongings are stored in a safe and well-kept environment.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Daniel for his outstanding customer service.
I arrived at the storage facility very close to closing time with all of my belongings. Since the facility was about to close, I couldn't complete the storage process that evening, and I had no way to take all of my things back with me.
Daniel was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. He offered to keep my bags safely in the office overnight so I wouldn't have to carry everything back. When I returned the next morning, he helped me complete the process without any issues.
His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a very stressful situation much easier for me. Thank you so much, Daniel, for your amazing support. Your help was truly appreciated, and I am very grateful.
