Alicia, was first class in supporting me to get setup on my first self storage. Being a tradesman I am thrilled to have storage and love the fact screwfix is nxt door which is kinda my 2nrd home. Please ensure Alicia gets recognised for her customer service.

Good access, good prices, and friendly staff. Ansewred all questions I had, recommended downloading the app, which makes your storage a lot easier to manage, and so far, I can't fault shurgard.

I used Shurgard in Eastbourne for over a year to store my business stock, and the experience was consistently excellent. The service was reliable, and the staff were always incredibly helpful. On a few occasions, I needed support beyond the usual scope of service, and the team went above and beyond to assist. I’d especially like to mention Andrea, who provided outstanding customer service throughout. Alex and another lovely lady were also extremely supportive and professional. I've received great customer service from my first phone call about renting storage to my first visit. Maddie and Alicia were very helpful and friendly because I had no idea what to do! They both made my first visit to leave my things really easy and I was reassured and confident I could come and go when I need to. I would highly recommend Shurgard Self Storage Eastbourne.

Maddie and Alex are easily approachable and onpoint about getting a unit for you. Whilst there is paperwork they steer you through as quickly as possible and without needless repetitions.
It was all so good went back for another unit (and yes, they advised this is not the most economical way to store)!

Me and my partner had never used self storage before but we have been impressed with the service and quality of the units. They are completely secure and damp free and there was always a member of staff available if we needed help. Andrea was particularly helpful when it came to us removing our things from the unit and closing our account. We will definitely be back in the future!
