Husband and I were helping his brother move some stuff this week just gone. Excellent experience at this centre. Accommodating and friendly staff and manager (Skender) were super useful throughout. Would recommend this storage centre.

I stored my home contents there for a year and really appreciated how clean, well lit and safe it felt. Staff were always cheerful, helpful and friendly and responded quickly when my removals team were issued with a parking ticket and are now in the process of waiving it 🤞

I have just vacated my storage unit at Shurgard in Maidenhead after four years (and am almost sad to go!). The units are very clean and well maintained, easy to get in and out of at all hours, with good facilities. Most of all the staff here are excellent and professional. Any issues dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I rent a unit for use for the Local Authority and have had excellent service from Carina on several occasion when a few issues arose with people forgetting codes, needing padlock changes, business card being blocked and autopay being shut off etc.

I visited Shurguard at Maidenhead this morning. Carina was very helpful showing us round the units so we got the right size for our needs. We ended up renting a 100 sq ft unit. These weren’t a universal shape-The first one we were shown had a pillar and rafters jutting into the space, another was rectangular another square. It is worth visiting to get the best shape for what you’re storing.

I rented a large unit for 3 months whilst I was between houses. The facilities are excellent. Plenty of parking, always trollies available and very clean. The security is fantastic but easy to access with the app on my phone, which itself was very easy to set up. Also the fact that you can get to your unit up until 9pm every day was really helpful. All of the staff members I spoke to, from my initial enquiries to renting the unit and then ending my contract, were so helpful and helped me get the most cost-efficient deal. Every member of staff was always cheerful and professional with a great knowledge of the ins and outs of the contract. Highly recommend

Locked myself out of the my unit and therefore couldn't access the lift to retrieve my phone. Carina was an absolute star, helped me feel better about the whole situation and helped me gain access to retrieve my phone, just a genuinely lovely experience. Absolute credit to her team and I could easily have chatted on the phone for hours with her! 5 stars isn't enough!

After a hectic move from Wales to Maidenhead Carina was absolutely fantastic helping us sort issues with access, extra storage, etc. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even though it was right at the end of the day on a Friday.
We would highly recommend anyone looking for storage to use Shurgard in Maidenhead. The facilities are very clean, very secure and the staff are very helpful.
This is the second time we have used the facilities in between moving house.

Really helpful and friendly service from all the staff I interacted with.
Spoke to a staff member on the phone and was advised about the best plan for my needs. Then Skendar was very helpful in answering questions during the facility introductions.
I did have minor problems with the app for building and lift access where I had to restart it everytime to unlock something but otherwise had a great experience.

She was really great and answered all of my questions politely and professionally without loosing any of her personality which still shone through. This is the second time I am using Shurguards and I must say I am super pleased. I got an email notifying me that my unit rate is going up next month and Katrina from the Maidenhead store advised me of the options available to me which would save me a lot of money.

I popped in for a spontaneous walk around and was shown around by a pleasant , kind and very cheerful young lady I believe her name was Carina. It was a great experience and If I do consider storage in the future ai will definitely be coming to purchase from this young lady.
