I visited Shurgard Self Storage to buy some boxes and was really impressed by the great promotion they had. Carina was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location, especially thanks to Carina’s professionalism and support!

I popped in for a spontaneous walk around and was shown around by a pleasant , kind and very cheerful young lady I believe her name was Carina. It was a great experience and If I do consider storage in the future ai will definitely be coming to purchase from this young lady.

I recently took a unit with this company after an awful experience with a previous local storage company. Skender and Carina were so helpful when we went to view the unit to gauge size and couldn’t do enough for us. The units are dry and secure and we were talked through all the options. Customer service 11 out of 10!!

My Mum Spoke to Carina on the phone who was very helpful and friendly with our enquiries, when we went into the store we spoke to Skender who took us around and showed us how the whole place works. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Staff are amazing and would definitely recommend!

I am blown away by this storage company. I have used this facility for 2 years and now need more100ft storage. This evening before closing I popped in and saw Reece. Omg he's so lovely to deal with, entertaining knowledgeable. HUGELY efficient dealing with every question effortlessly.
The manager Skender has been great too but Reece is on another level.

I’ve had the fortunate experience of getting a young lad, Reece, on the phone twice now. Both times he’s been incredible with my difficult personal situations and additional needs. He’s very empathetic and understanding, patient and explains things very clearly! He will take as much time as you need without any pressure or sign of disinterest. Cannot express how appreciative I am for the kind and understanding service I received, if I could pick who answers each time I would choose Reece!

I have had a storage unit here for a number of years, and I must Skender has been outstanding throughout those years! Always there to help, never a problem too big or too small! Thank you for being so outstanding!

This place has offered me a storage at half of the price what I was paying elsewhere and also double size of the locker I currently have. The service here is impeccable. Carina was really friendly and talked me through the options available. Carina was attentive and eager to ensure I get what I am looking for and also at the best price possible. Also her customer service is truly commendable.

Clyde remained on the line while i set the contract and identity process....took about 15 minutes to complete everything - from choosing the appropriate size, costings and contract setup... I had a great experience leaving my belongings at Shurgard Maidenhead. The customer service was excellent, and Carina was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Moving and storing your things can be very stressful, but having someone who takes the time to explain each step and is genuinely kind made all the difference for me today. :)

Chloe and the management team at the Maidenhead branch were just fabulous. They were accommodating, helpful and just all-round great people to deal with. The storage was just what we needed, was cost-effective, easily accessed and made a challenging period just that little easier.

I used lok'nStore to help store my belongings whilst I moved home. the facility has easy access and they also sell good quality boxes and packing materials which came in very handy! The staff are are very friendly and helpful, big thank you to Carina and Chloe who helped me get everything sorted!
