Great service. Friendly team willing to help out. Throughout my hiring of a unit their communication has been on point. The facility is clean, with all the tools needed for an easy fast movement in and out of the unit. Feels like a warm family ran branch. I will definitely use them again if I need storage or moving things around. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the rental process. I met a lovely lady called sam (Samantha), she was very happy and smiley. Extremely proud of her job and was extremely helpful with any information i needed. The storage place its self is very clean and tidy. Well lit when walking around. Detailed signs to show everyones locker numbers. All in all im very impressed. Again thank you sam for such a wonderful experience, keep smiling petal 🥰

A really good storage place, easily accessible and secure - The app or pin code to access gives you confidence that your belongings are well stored. They provide keys and insurance which makes it a one stop shop.
We used our unit for 9 months due to a house move. The facilities are exactly what we needed. Good ambient temperature and so all items remained in good condition.
The on site staff Chelsea and Samantha are always friendly and welcoming.

Great experience, app works perfectly as your access key, website helpful in determining correct storage size needed. Lots of trolleys to assist move in even with our unit on 2nd floor. No problems at all.

This is the first time I was using a self storage place and was a bit nervous about how to get it sorted. The team in Shurgard MK kingston were absolutely kind and helpful. Sam helped me finding a locker that fit my needs (since I had to swap), answered all my questions and helped me with some tips too! Will definitely recommend and will use in the future when required for sure.
