Outstanding Service from Samantha and Eugene
I returned to the Shurgard Milton Keynes facility this week, having last used the site many years ago. I was immediately welcomed by Samantha’s smiling face and warm, friendly manner.
Samantha took the time to understand my circumstances and carefully explained the various options available. She then showed me three different unit sizes, helping me select the one best suited to my needs.
I also purchased a range of boxes and packing materials, once again benefiting from Samantha’s knowledgeable and practical advice throughout.
Anyone looking for secure short- or long-term storage in or around Milton Keynes cannot go wrong with Shurgard. Samantha, supported by her manager Eugene, provided exceptional customer service and made the entire process straightforward and enjoyable.

I am a gardener and this Shurgard is one of our sites, we are warmly greeted and met with very pleasant faces every time we show. The team are always extremely friendly and welcoming and I would love to keep this site as long as there is greenery on it, top people!

Reserved for a locker online. Went to MK Kingston view the other day. Done. Contract, payment, access all done via app. Especially thanks to Samantha such helpful lady. The first unit assigned by the contact Center staff (maybe random) is too high for my height (I’m petite). Samantha kindly changed for me. Whole process fast.
