Reserved for a locker online. Went to MK Kingston view the other day. Done. Contract, payment, access all done via app. Especially thanks to Samantha such helpful lady. The first unit assigned by the contact Center staff (maybe random) is too high for my height (I’m petite). Samantha kindly changed for me. Whole process fast.

Fantastic customer service from Sam. Was shown around the unit, all options were very well explained. Great support from the team at the unit and online support. On the day of the move in the lock I was ordered and a welcome pack was ready. Staff were very helpful and it keeped it seamless. Would very much recommend.

I was welcomed by Samantha and Iain (apologies if I've misspelled the names). Samantha handled all the paperwork quickly and explained everything clearly and professionally. Once that was done, Iain promptly showed me to my storage unit and made sure I knew where everything was.
The whole process was fast, smooth, and hassle-free. Both were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended.

Great service. Friendly team willing to help out. Throughout my hiring of a unit their communication has been on point. The facility is clean, with all the tools needed for an easy fast movement in and out of the unit. Feels like a warm family ran branch. I will definitely use them again if I need storage or moving things around. Highly recommended.

I met a lovely lady called sam (Samantha), she was very happy and smiley. Extremely proud of her job and was extremely helpful with any information i needed. The storage place its self is very clean and tidy. Well lit when walking around. Detailed signs to show everyones locker numbers. All in all im very impressed. Again thank you sam for such a wonderful experience, keep smiling petal 🥰
