Absolute TOPclass service from Edward. He was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions, and went above and beyond to assist with my reservation.

The facilities are clean, well maintained, straightforward access, with convenient long access hours. There are also plenty of trolleys available, which made life easier.

Would highly recommend.

I called Shurgard because I couldn't open the shutter to my unit.
After speaking to him on the phone about the problem, he was along within minutes and managed to get the door open and discover the problem. He said he would speak to the maintenance team and get them to contact me to come and fix it. I am still waiting for that.
Chris was friendly, professional and very helpful.

Good storage unit just outside of town centre. Claire looked after us really well, showing us around and was extremely hospitable and polite. Her positive energy is very puts you at ease especially when moving stuff and all that packing. Thanks Claire!

It’s quite convenient as it is not far from town. And the safety system are quite strict, every door need to be unlocked. Overall shurgard is a good choice if you’re looking for storage space.
