I came back to Shurgard self storage previously lok n store when I stored my household items for 2 years.

Due to the very professional service I received from Stacy and Dave I decided to come back albeit for a much shorter time, nevertheless the service was maintained.

I would highly recommend this storage.

Clean, easy access and helpful staff. Competitively priced and very easy to setup and terminate a storage unit. David in the office sorted this when our unit was cleared and finished with. There is also a Hertz van on site to hire if required. We used this, brilliant service. Would recommend both storage unit and van hire.

Quick easy and efficient experience, stacey was really helpful and friendly when i arrived as ive never had storage before and spoke me through the whole experience, great place to use if you need storage and reasonable pricing too.

Staff are great. Spoke with Manny over the phone who helped me with choosing a unit. Great help. Chris and Stacey helped me when I arrived and made everything simple and easy.

She went above and beyond to help us move into storage, even staying after her working hours, yesterday on 06.10.2025, just to make sure everything went smoothly and safely. I had not used storage facilities before, so was unsure what to expect. When I saw the storage unit I had booked, it was far too small for the items I had. I was shown alternative units and advised how best to pack the items to make best use of the space.
