I would like to thank Josh, Rob, Shofi and Holly for assisting me to transfer to a more appropriate space onsite. The process was explained clearly and I was shown & offered a choice of space within my new price range. With their help and patience I was able to make a swift and safe transfer.

Amy at Shurgard Self Storage was absolutely great. She was really accommodating from the start and took the time to show me around the facility before I made any decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.

She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with the unit I chose. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so friendly and genuine. Highly recommend!

Shofi was very attentive when I arrived and completed the welcome pack showing me straight to my locker. The unit was empty, well ventilated, and spacious. The complex was very clean and tidy. With good opening hours and pretty local it gives a good rate for what you get. Would recommend
