Attended today to enquire about a storage unit. We were greeted by Joshua, who was very polite and friendly. He explained everything in detail and showed us around the building and to some storage units. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and had a very calming customer approach. We were happy with the service we received and have now rented a storage unit with Shurgard. Thank you Joshua☺️

We met Amy at Shurgard Self Storage for self storage . Amy quite knowledgable about her work and showed us units quite quickly and explained the process in details . We highly recommend shurgard . Price also quite reasonable .

I visited the store yesterday to check out the unit i ordered for my house move and was shown round and had everything explained by Amy who was extremely helpful! All the staff on site was really helpful and answered all my questions, will definitely be using this site in the future, there prices are also very competitive!

Josh went above and beyond to help me. Even though the store had already closed at 6pm, he stayed behind and helped me put all of my belongings into my storage unit. He was incredibly kind, patient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. His help took so much stress off my shoulders, and I honestly can’t thank him enough. Customer service like this is rare, and Josh is a real credit to Shurgard. Thank you again for your kindness and for going the extra mile!
