I visited the store yesterday to check out the unit i ordered for my house move and was shown round and had everything explained by Amy who was extremely helpful! All the staff on site was really helpful and answered all my questions, will definitely be using this site in the future, there prices are also very competitive!

Josh was amazing. I got a courtesy call in the morning to see if everything was OK and to confirm a time for when I would be arriving.

When we arrived I was greeted with a smile and I was shown to my unit. Everything was fully explained and I felt happy the service. I would highly recommend.

Josh went above and beyond to help me. Even though the store had already closed at 6pm, he stayed behind and helped me put all of my belongings into my storage unit. He was incredibly kind, patient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. His help took so much stress off my shoulders, and I honestly can’t thank him enough. Customer service like this is rare, and Josh is a real credit to Shurgard. Thank you again for your kindness and for going the extra mile!
