I had a positive experience with Josh at Shurgard Wednesfield Branch. He’s accommodating and welcoming and explained everything we need to know from storing our stuff and from extending our contract if needed. Very friendly guy. Highly recommended. 😊

Amy at Shurgard Self Storage was absolutely great. She was really accommodating from the start and took the time to show me around the facility before I made any decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.

She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with the unit I chose. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so friendly and genuine. Highly recommend!

Shofi was very attentive when I arrived and completed the welcome pack showing me straight to my locker. The unit was empty, well ventilated, and spacious. The complex was very clean and tidy. With good opening hours and pretty local it gives a good rate for what you get. Would recommend
