I booked a unit at the Swindon branch to store household items while between houses.
The storage house is tidy, easy to navigate and well equipped with trolleys and lift access.
I had the pleasure of being in contact with David, Bryony and Clare on separate occasions (for a scoping visit, move in and administrative help respectively). All three were lovely, welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. Each interaction went seamlessly and I was able to fulfil my intented purpose quite efficiently with their guidance. Couldn't ask for better than that

Extremely helpful, thank you David, I had booked a unit to start on Monday 20th, but following the death of my mother and the immediate need to clear out her room, I needed the unit immediately on the 17th, visited the unit and spoke to David, who was extremely helpful and was able to get my contract amended to the earlier start date.

Extremely professional Personel, the units are absolutely spotless and clean as well as the hallways and bathrooms!

Absolutely happy with the experience so far. The facilities are clean, organised and well ventilated. The use of trolleys is very handy and the entire process to get in, storage and get out is quite straight forward. Biggest shoutout to the staff, specially Bryony that walked me through it, answered all my questions and is genuinely caring and resourceful!

I had a really good experience with Shurgard Swindon. The site is clean, secure and easy to access, and the whole process from booking to moving in was straightforward. The staff were helpful and explained everything clearly, which made it stress-free. A special mention to the manager Bryony, who was professional, friendly and really went out of her way to help. I felt confident my belongings were safe and well looked after. I also appreciated how well everything was handled alongside Beyond, which made the whole process even smoother. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for storage in the area.”

The process was very slick. Signed up online and was able to access the storage from the next day. The very helpful staff guided us through the process and we are now happily accessing it as required. Swindon staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

It was a great experience using the self storage. The storage building is big and clean, very spacious where you can move bulky things around at ease. The staff there is friendly and helpful, and they assisted me in everything and problems I encountered.

I went into the store on Tuesday , with many amount of questions. I’m glad to say (after being greeted so kindly ) that Bryony was an amazing help with my concerns . She was happy to deal with any problems that I had . I couldn’t recommend the service and the company more . Great things all around .

The team at Shurgard have been great, the space was clean, secure and easily accessible; we’ve had no issues at all. The unit served its purpose perfectly. Would happily use Shurgard again if we ever need more storage in the future. ⭐

I visited the other day has i was looking to rent a unit for next month when I got there i was made welcome from the start the two lady's that where working on the day where very helpful. Talked me though everything and explained about the prices and sizes I may need . So I just wanted to say thank you to Bryony and I think the other lady was called Clare

From the start the staff are so welcoming and helpful building is always tidy. They are really helpful in making that choice of what size unit this company is far the cheapest in Swindon. I did some research but for me it's about the place and the staff 10/10 if you ask me.my unit was clean when I had it.

After getting my unit, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to fit everything in. I started to panic, thinking I might have to get rid of some things, sell a few items, or leave them with friends. After searching for other options, I decided to ask the staff at Shurgard if I could upgrade to a bigger unit.
This was on the 16th of October, and I was assisted by a lovely lady named Bryony. She was incredibly informative, patient, friendly, and helpful. She took her time to show me different unit sizes and helped me choose exactly what I needed, even though I was a bit indecisive at first.
The best part the switch cost absolutely nothing! Literally £0.
If you’re looking for short-term or long-term storage, I would 100% recommend Shurgard. They’re reliable, transparent, and upfront with all their costs. I’m genuinely impressed and very grateful to be one of their customers.

The offer was good no hidden fees. The move in process was so easy and straightforward. The staff were amazing and helpful.
The monthly charge isn’t too high as well. Overall the service and the amount were pretty decent.
