It’s up to you! If you prefer, you can have one single contract and one invoice covering all storage units rented under the same business entity through our national account service.
Alternatively, you can choose to have separate contracts for each location if that better suits your business needs.

Yes, the prices for your storage unit are VAT inclusive.
This means the price you see on our website already includes VAT so there are no surprises when it’s time to pay.
Yes, it is possible to give your suppliers access to your storage unit(s) at Shurgard. This means you don’t have to be present every time a new delivery arrives.
Each person you want to grant access your storage unit(s) will receive a personal access code, which means it is always clear who accessed your storage(s) and when.
You can also request an overview of access history from your store manager.
On request the manager at your Shurgard location can provide you with an overview of the times at which your storage unit was accessed and by whom.
Shurgard does not receive deliveries on behalf of private or business customers.
However, you can easily arrange for your suppliers to deliver directly to your storage unit. You can request access for your suppliers, so you don’t have to be present each time a delivery arrives.
Each person you authorise will have their own access code, allowing you to track who accessed your unit and when. You can also request an overview of access history from your store manager for extra peace of mind.
If you lose the key to your storage unit you should report it to the on-site manager at your Shurgard location.
As we don't keep a copy of your key, in consultation with you we can have the lock drilled open by a locksmith.
At all Shurgard locations, you have free access 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Access hours may vary depending on the location. Visit your store information page for the exact access hours.
If you require access outside the standard hours, please contact your store manager to discuss the available options.
