Secure app access
Access to our facilities is now fully managed through the Shurgard app, no physical keypads and no codes to remember.
Your access code is stored safely inside the app, ensuring a higher level of security while keeping your visit smooth and effortless.
When you arrive at the facility, simply approach the gate or door and tap your phone to open it. It’s secure, convenient and fast.
24-hour CCTV surveillance
We use surveillance cameras to watch all entrances, exits, and other areas of our storage facilities to make sure your belongings are safe.
Our facilities are also equipped with alarms alerting us in case of any unauthorised access.
Lighting
Our lights are automatically turned on when they sense motion, ensuring you can see clearly at all times.
Personal and exclusive access to your storage unit
You are the only one with the key to your locked storage unit – even our staff does not have access.
Fire protection
We have smoke detectors to detect smoke early, alerting our monitoring centres and starting fire suppression to protect your belongings.
Our manual push buttons are located in convenient spots for customers to use in case of emergency.
We also have fire doors to prevent the spread of fire.
ID verification
We have an identity check process for new customers before granting them access to our facilities. That way we can make sure that only customers can access our facilities.
